Dexter game announced
Showtime Networks and Marc Ecko Entertainment have joined together to develop a game based upon the hit US show Dexter. The show follows the adventures of Dexter Morgan, a blood specialist working for the police who likes to spend his free time killing serial killers.
The show currently airing over here on FX and UTV is one of the great undiscovered gems of television. The dark comedic nature of the show coupled with the amazing writing and continuous story arc is going to be difficult to successfully translate to the gaming world. Hopefully the finished game will be an exception to the rule that most adaptations of film and TV shows has to suck.
