			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After the recent delay in it&#8217;s release many began to fear that Max Payne 3 could remain slightly out of their grasps for a few more months. Thankfully any such fears were alleviated today by the announcement  in Take-Two&#8217;s <a href="http://ir.take2games.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=86428&#038;p=irol-newsArticle&#038;ID=1656159&#038;highlight=">latest earnings report</a>  which has the game slated for release on Xbox and PS3 on May 18. Following the recent trend of delaying the release of titles on PC the game won&#8217;t be available to PC gamers till June 1st.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> Microsoft&#8217;s Kinect for Windows has officially launched. The kit bundles together a Kienct as well as a commercial license for the hardware. Microsoft has spent the past months targeting the bundle at industries outside of the video game world. Launching the kit with the tag line  &#8220;beyond the living room into other industries such as education, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail&#8221; it&#8217;s clear that they hope to see serious real world impact from the Kinect.Microsoft are encouraging bushiness to partake in the Kincet Accelerator program which will allow companies to avail of funding for innovative objects which utilize the Kinect.</p>
<p>The Kinect for Windows includes some minor changes such as advanced speech and audio capabilities, an ability to recognise objects as close as 40 centimeters from the sensor and improved skeletal tracking that enables control over which user is being tracked by the sensor</p>

    Fixed issue where Galmar would not complete Joining the Stormcloaks properly if &#8220;Season Unending&#8221; was an active quest<br />

It is hoped that this break from the norm will encourage gamers to play co-op online and allow those who purchase the title second hand to experience all that the game offers.</p>
<p>In the interview Gamon stated: &#8220;We want as little resistance or barriers to entry as possible. The co-op is equal billing in this. We wanted everyone who owns a copy of the game to have access to the entire product. Under normal circumstances it would have had an online pass, but because it didn&#8217;t have competitive multiplayer and because we wanted as many people as possible to be playing co-op, we got away with it. Maybe another reason for not having the Online Pass is we were confident in the scope of the online game.&#8221; </p>

<p>In related news, Activision today announced that they will be releasing a special edition of the game for XBox 360 and PS3. This special edition, called the RADNET Edition will be available in a limited quantity and will grant gamers access to the RADNET where they can avail of 55 pieces of additional content including addition in-game mutations, various in-game items and videos which will be released over the two months following the games release.</p>

<p>Writing on the developers own forum boards they stated &#8220;After much thought and investigation, we&#8217;ve decided it&#8217;s unfeasible from both a technical and business standpoint to bring the PC-only content to the console versions. This is for a variety of reasons including the massive restructuring of the current console game that would have to take place, the QA process necessary to prepare for submission, patch size limitations, patch stacking requirements, and the opportunity cost of pursuing other projects.&#8221;</p>
<p>While major expansion packs such as The Lost Eternia Shards: Mistymire Forest will be available to console gamers, DLC such as the Assault Mission Pack, New Heroes Pack, the Barbarian character, Nightmare Mode will not.</p>
